Thanks, good to hear! And yes, the audience wasn't super interested but some people came up to me afterward instead. I'm sure a lot of the people who like Blueberry Garden are traditional gamers, because a lot of those people are actually very interested in seeing the art form evolve and to try new experiences. And since they (like you!) are already adept at playing games they can notice subtleties more than the average person, potentially they are the "connoisseurs" of computer games. All that is required is an open mind.

Thanks for playing!

Just wanted to say I enjoyed your (video) presentation. It seemed strange that the crowd didn't seem to want to get involved. I found your idea that more traditional gamers did not like your game interesting. I'm a "traditional gamer", and I enjoyed the game, because (as you said) it did break many of the rules of traditional games. I don't personally know many other gamers that enjoyed, or even played the game though.

Take care,

Hello,
I haven't bought your game, not because I don't want too but because my old computer barely allowed me to play the demo. I discovered your game on Jeuxvideos.com and was moved by the beauty and the poetry of it, as well as its music to which I keep listening. Before that, I had no interest in video games other than playing them but your game made me realize that I'd like to create that kind of game someday and use it to tell the stories I write. I have no idea how its done and have no programming talent whatsoever but your game is a true inspiration and I guess I just wanted to thank you for that. And as soon as I get a new computer, I 'll buy your game.
Thank you.
